I have come to the realisation that Israel's threats and security requirements compells it to practice a much more strategic and pin point precision of its military and intelligence assets.   The Hospitals of Gaza are overwhelmed.The conditions look like that of an ongoing war.Women,children, the youngs,teenage kids and girls and people of all age groups are there as injured or deads on arrival in the hospital. It is so sensitive and overwhelming to see the images on your mobile phones, TV and so on. I wish the first priority should be an immediate ceasefire and nothing more nothing less.There are convoys after convoys waiting for the ceasefire to work on the ground and then the humanitarian work to start. Meanwhile there's also a new resolution been drafted for vote in the UN Security Council.(Suitable for all member states to join) Also Israel plans it's offensive on Rafah jeopardising the peace process.It is still not clear on the issue of hostages.Israel seems to be firm on Rafah strikes. German foreign minister is in Egypt for Peace talks. Very importantly there's situations in Northern Gaza no less than a Catastrophe.Childrens are being reported to be in completely nightmarish state of their mental health. Convoys of Humanitarian assistance are waiting for clearance at the Egyptian border to Israel in Gaza. If the ground realities are ignored far too long.   Today is Holi.The festival of colours. Today families come together and celebrate together.   With Germany's ageing population, the country is facing a problem of debt reformer or a debt balancer. I think it would be ideal for Germany to play the role of a balancer,reduce its debt a little bit and then push for debt with moderate terms. Stark reduction in debts can fuel inflation and the ageing population cannot afford that.It would push unemployment higher. Germany should practice fiscal prudence and make Germany self reliant the German ways. With the moderate terms of debt consolidation.Germany should invest in greener energy with local employment,improved targetted education. Spending in Defence and Security at optimum levels.I am sure there's lot of experience and resources with Germany to balance at its best.

  The chances of an immediate outcome is very bleak. All sticking to the their positions.   It is very difficult to describe Africa's Water Scarcity problem coming from a privileged family here in Mumbai. But I would still guage the scarcity problem from continents apart.There are development authorities in various countries of the African Union working for a sustainable solutions for the water scarcity problem. Ghana working to increase borewells but that's not sustainable in the long run as there's a risk of water drying up. Namibia working on a much bolder mission to convert sewage waters back to re-usables through recycling of the waters consumed.Its much more sustainable says experts. African Union and many regions continue to face water scarcity problem on a mammoth scale. But it is the ingenuity of people and authorities who are making the difference.
